declares License: MIT. Its installation section confirms static HTML hosting.

On 2026-09-26, the user supplied the downloaded/extracted template directory:

The 18 substantive files (14 HTML pages, 3 shared CSS/JS files and
INSTALLATION.md) were inspected and archived byte-for-byte outside the web
root at upstream/downloaded-20260926/. macOS .DS_Store was excluded.
All four requested pages exist: index, docs, api-reference, pricing.

The original HTML footer copyright text is retained verbatim here and in
the archived originals:

The supplied directory contains no LICENSE, LICENSE.txt, COPYING, or complete
MIT permission notice. INSTALLATION.md is an installation guide; terms.html
and privacy.html contain sample service terms, not a template source license.
The package file inventory is now verified, but the exact template license
text and corresponding copyright holder notice remain unavailable. This file is not a substitute
MIT license. Retain the original full permission notice when obtained.

The CURRENT shipped pages are directly adapted from the user-supplied
index.html, docs.html, api-reference.html and pricing.html. Their original
section layouts, containers, responsive Tailwind classes, blue palette,
terminal panels, card grids and footer layout are retained. Changes replace
branding, verified business content and links, remove unverified sample claims,
and fix interactions and light-theme text contrast.

Tailwind CSS 3.4.17 is compiled locally from the original template config.
Its license is preserved at /brand-assets/TAILWIND-LICENSE.txt.
Lucide static 0.468.0 supplies build-time inline SVGs corresponding to the
original template's Lucide icons. Its license is preserved at
/brand-assets/LUCIDE-LICENSE.txt. No Lucide runtime or Alpine runtime is loaded;
small native JavaScript handles the template's interactions.
The active minglu-cn.svg wordmark reads 明路AI, with the user's approved
blue gradient. favicon-cn.svg uses the matching 明 character. These are
website-only assets; business branding and technical hostnames are unchanged.
The previous minglu.svg is an unused historical copy.
No external fonts, CDN assets or third-party scripts are requested at runtime.

The previous independently designed version is superseded and archived at
backups/before-template-adaptation-20260926.tar.gz. It is not the current UI.
Original public-preview and downloaded files remain separately in upstream/.
